Mountains, deserts, glaciers and oceans. You’ll find trees that reach to the clouds, their girth so wide a car can pass through. You’ll see waterfalls whose thundering torrents create constant misty rainbows. Our forefathers knew what they were doing when they set aside valuable land to create the national parks. They were preserving a beauty so seemingly bountiful from being destroyed, bulldozed.
Having lived in Grand Teton National Park and a mile outside of Rocky Mountain National Park, I’ve been blessed to have been able to really enjoy two of our great parks. I now write for a travel website called NationalParkTrips.com. The site encourages people to visit Zion, Yellowstone, Yosemite and Grand Canyon National Parks. I write specifically for MyRockyMountainPark.com and detail news, special events and personal experiences on my blog.
