Client Relations and Backroom Support

Managing a client can be difficult—especially when you’re in the front room moderating. In addition to taking near-transcript-quality notes, I can be your eyes and ears in the backroom. I’m adept at following the focus group discussion, while simultaneously fielding client questions and adjusting stimulus if needed. I’m always ready if clients want to make changes on the fly.

I also have a knack for reading people in an instant. Before groups, I chat with respondents not just to ensure they meet the recruit criteria, but also to weed out any rotten eggs that might disrupt the group’s dynamics.
